Very good quality
Sharpness and how long it lasts. Build quality.

Not flat
The materials are good. Once I have it dialed in, it will probably work good. The workmanship is poor. Factory grinding is very very coarse and not anywhere near flat. This picture of the back is after about 5 hours of total work. I probably have another 4 hours to go. Plus there were three chips on the cutting edge. 👎

Didn't know how badly I needed one of these!
I LOVE this chisel. I make furniture and this chisel has been heaven-sent. It's perfect for doing rough work or getting into a crevice due to the length. I liked it so much I bought the 2.5" one to go with it!!

A REAL WORK HORSE
This unit seems to be holding its edge and has a nice solid weight to it. In hind sight I think perhaps the narrower one may have worked better for me but this one is worth the money spent.
