The media could not be loaded.  Perfect for my needs. I have a cat that can open other jewelry boxes and even the drawers of my dressing table to steal earrings. I need a way to store my earrings where I can see them but my naughty kitten can't steal them. This latches closed and is kitten-proof. It's a great size, too.

I love this earring box so much, I bought a 2nd one. The 1st picture is with the top open and the 2nd picture is with the top down. It is fantastic to be able to see all of your earrings without opening the box. Also, they stay dust-free. Some of my earrings needed to lay on their sides, flat, which wasn't a problem because you just put studs above them to maximize your storage. The glass is strong, too. My cat loves to lay on the closed box, while I get dressed. Shipping was very quick and there was no strange smell when I opened it for the first time. I only wish it came in black since all of my other jewelry boxes are black. I would definitely recommend this purchase.

Mine came in perfect condition, well made and sturdy. Holds alot of necklaces. Pretty good price for this. I'm glad I picked this one. I liked the color grey. It's a good neutral color and shows the jewelry off real well. Black would be nice too but I like the lightness of the grey. Real soft material to lay jewelry on. I have all my 14K gold necklaces in it and I think they are well protected now compared to a jewelry box I used to have them in, just laying all over in little square compartments getting tangled sometimes. This keeps the chains out straight.

These are so amazing! I got them to keep all my earrings in ONE place because clearly I have too many and forgot what I have. Also, got the 24 grid one specifically for all of Kendra pieces and they fit perfectly!

I bought a $14 version of these boxes from another brand and regretted it; the velvet shedded and the clasps didn’t work. I’m glad I returned those and bought these boxes instead!These arrived in separate cardboard boxes, perfect for wrapping. The boxes are pretty large and the velvet is much higher quality - it doesn’t shed and actually feels a little plush! The glass seems solidly in place and the box itself is well made.Two concerns: the clasps, as stated in other reviews, are a little thin, so we’ll see how long they last. Alao, if you look in my pictures, the velvet on the inside portion attached to the glass is sometimes a little bit short, so you can see a piece of the underlying box. Mine isn’t visible when the box is closed and is barely noticeable when it is open.Outside of this, it was a great gift. I split three packs of stud earrings between two boxes for my cousins (35 pairs a piece) and there is still plenty of room in the boxes for over double that.

When I got this, I wasn't really sure it was right for my jewelry needs, but I had such a horrible system going, I figured this was worth a shot. I'm very glad I got this (the grey two-layer)! It's soft and fuzzy on the outside, and the clear top makes it easy to 1) remember what you have and 2) view all your options at once. I use the ring side for both rings and earrings. The section next to it is a removable grid -- which sometimes gets in the way when I want to pick up the top layer and get to the bottom layer, but it's not so much of a nuisance that I'd remove a star. The bottom layer is all grid for more bracelets, necklaces, pins, etc. The squares are fantastically-sized, even for a watch I own or for bracelet-necklace sets. I don't know, I just really love it!

When I retired I stopped wearing earrings and makeup. Ten years later I'm back to using both - this time for myself and not because they are required. Since I never was very coordinated and I am 73, I was concerned that I might have a problem putting them in or getting them out, but had no problem. I am only using them for my studs and am keeping my wires on a hanger.
