Overall a great 2 in 1 product for womens health, as it works both to prevent uti's (cranberry extract) and also to top the beneficial intestinal flora (probiotic blend), of which a deficit can lead to candida issues. Best taken daily as a preventative, in my opinion. My reason for deducting one star, is that the formula could be improved by including a broader spectrum probiotic, and perhaps the whole formulation could be higher strength. But then I guess you would get the giant "horse tablets" that are nigh on impossible to swallow! I found this seller to be efficient and their price was excellent. These capsules are suitable for vegans.

This product when taken daily prevent recurring cystitis . Should be in your medicine box .
