I bought these to use after getting all 4 of my wisdom teeth out and they did great. I mainly used them as an ice pack for the first 2-3 days and LOVED them for that. They stayed cold for a very long time. Somewhere on the packaging it says to not put them in the freezer but I did and they were fine. I preferred them straight out of the freezer. As far as a hot pack, I would do the recommended 10 sec interval but they just didn’t stay hot for long. I still found some relief as a hot pack. I would recommend these.

The media could not be loaded.  The best cold pack I have purchased and least frustrating cold pack to put on! I have purchased Upward of 15 varieties!It does Stay cold for 20 minutes over clothes , the attached long velcro belt makes it easy to put on and keep it in place ! Even for chunky knees 😁Even Has a soft velvet side for on skin application!

This was a great buy!! I've tried various ways to keep ice packs on but these make it so easy! I love that they are soft on one side. It keeps your skin protected when they are first out of the freezer. You can flip them over later if you need more cold but honestly, they remained cold for 30 min for me. I had them in the freezer and they were frozen completely before use. I love the size and that there's 2. The big one is big enough to do various sites. I used it for my shoulder and for my knee. I haven't used the small one yet but it would be great for an ankle, wrist, etc. I'm sure this is the best product out there. Super happy with the purchase!

Well the concept is good, but I still ended up getting dripped on from the nylon (non-fleece) side when using from frozen. Additionally, the Velcro closure oddly has the rough/sticky material on BOTH SIDES of the strap, causing irritation if rubbed against skin or can snag clothing. Not a good design. I did end up attaching a piece of felt over one side which took care of that problem. I've had lots of ice packs over the years and this one would be superior if both of those problems were fixed (fleece on both sides instead of just one). It is otherwise very well made and effective. Note: ignore the instructions to not keep it in the freezer... it worked just fine leaving it frozen then pulling it out for a couple minutes before using it.

They are good quality and stay cold for a long time. They stay flexible and don't get rock hard, easy to use, with nice soft velvet on one side. My husband is recovering from shoulder surgery and uses and likes them very much. The velcro straps work well and hold tight. One of them did start to leak at the seam after a couple months, but the company quickly sent us a replacement, all we had to do was send them a picture and Amazon order ID and they replaced it quickly, no questions asked. Would highly recommend and would buy again (but might not need to with their replacement policy).

At first I was pretty disappointed that the smaller packs had actually burst but there is a warranty detail printed directly on the pack which I used. in a nutshell I sent a picture and next day I had a replacement sent to me which arrived rather quick. Points for good warranty service.The packs are pretty good but they will freeze stiff if you let them. For heat be careful - they get hot and stay very hot. They fuzzy and non fuzzy side is a plus as you probably won't need a towel if you have a reasonable temp

Found the packs a little small and thin.

Bought it for my teenage daughter who regularly dislocates her knee and it works perfectly around the joint. Her first question was when I gave it to her if it’s going to be really cold but the cover material really takes the edge off the chill. Great product, quick delivery.

These ice packs have been a godsend for me.I broke my left leg recently and have arthritis in my right knee.The cooling sensation is wonderful and provide relief.

Used the product on back (14” x 6”) and elbow (6” x 4”), from freezer. Haven’t tried them for heat yet. Easy to use and comfortable.
