Great Silicone Cups
These cups are the ones that my physical therapist purchased. She used them on me once and knew I had to have a set of my own.Very easy to use. I can apply them myself.Very good quality. Great value for your money. I use these cups to help with pain relief and tightness in my shoulders, neck, SI joints, and lower back. Putting them on your skin is easy. You just plunge the cup on your skin and pull up. With all cupping, marks are left on your skin, but when you are ready to take them off, they pop off with ease.

Better than a similar "professional" set
I ordered these cups because they look and function almost exactly like a set I already have. I purchased my original set from a store for massage therapists, and without my therapist discount they cost $80 and you only get 8. I was hesitant about the quality of these cups given you get 12 for a fraction of the price of what we're lead to believe are professional grade cups. These cups were better quality all around. Comparing the cups, it was clear the expensive set had artifacts from the machine that manufactured it, while these cups are pristine (to be fair this doesn't impact suction). 12 of them makes this a great deal.I like these silicone style cups because I find the option of turning them inside-out easier than giving them a push. They don't have as much suction as other styles, but they work well in tense spots. They don't work well on hairy limbs.- Wade, dictated but not read

Basic cup set
I wanted another set around the 2” diameter to compliment the silicone cups I already use. And my hands are sometimes tired and thought the plunger with these would be easier. They are easier but also often make a flatulent-type noise. Understandably as you are pressing the air straight out of it. The suction is pretty good but I don’t find it easy to adjust the amount of suction. And they don’t glide well. I do continue to use them because of their size but only in addition to my other set. Overall good buy.

Allows me to continue physical therapy at home
I suffer from some chronically tight and painful muscles. The only things that have given me long term relief are swimming, yoga, and cupping. I find cupping extremely helpful because massage is essentially just more pressure, pushing down on the muscles. My muscles respond really poorly to that and sometimes I hurt more after massage. Cupping decompresses and releases pressure so my nerves can finally calm down and relax. I can't do it as well as my physical therapist can, but I'm trying to learn.

Post Surgery Therapy was a Success
I got this for my arm because I needed to build my bicep and tendon back up again post surgery. Its about to be 2 years since I've gotten my surgery and honestly nothing has done better than cupping therapy. I had tried it out at a fitness therapy place and thought why not do this weekly at home myself. I got this because its not plastic or glass, its silicone so it should be easy to use individually.Super easy to get the suction stuck on to the arm, and the multiple sizes to make it easier to adjust. Everyday I try to use it now, because its quick, easy, and super simple to clean. Getting silicone was the best decision ever because the sanitization is extremely easy. I can say for a fact this has helped my arm significantly, watch a Youtube video to ensure you are setting it up correctly, otherwise it could really hurt if you do it incorrectly.

okay, not my favorite
these cups are easy to use but i didn't like their pliability, i like my silicone cups to have some give but these just had a little too much for my taste. i also had varying results with suction, which might be fixed with application of more or a different lubrication, however this could also be in part to body placement. these would work on a flat broad surface like the back, quads, hamstrings, pecks, but not very good on calves, knees, boney bodies, or for moving around. i found these cups were not adequate for my preferred style of body work.

Even My Massage Therapist Liked Them!
I have used them on my shoulders, legs and foot by myself and had good results relieving some pain and knots. Yesterday I took them with me to my massage appointment. She applied them to my back, sides, and shoulders while working on my legs. She commented that they were easier to use than her own set. It eases the knots before she works on the area, making for a much more relaxing deep tissue massage.

Not as soft or flexible as they should be for optimal efficiency
These are well made and sturdy. Too sturdy unfortunately to truly track well for treatment. I would recommend the softer silicone type for better suction.
