Munchables Sensory Chew Necklaces for Girls (Half-Beaded) (Multi-Color)

Took a chance on this given the price even though other reviews noted the paint coming off. Those reviews were correct, this thing is terrible. My daughter adores anything related to any kind of cat and I ordered this leopard pattern necklace. I gave it to her to try and checked in a few minutes and the paint was already gone from the bead she had chose to chew.In the back of my mind I knew it would be painted but was hoping the pattern was from differently colored parent silicone (maybe they changed production method after the poor reviews). No such luck, it is paint and it does not stick at all. Even if the paint is "non toxic" I don't want my daughter eating and the pattern is gone in a matter of minutes so you are left with beige/brown beads. Will be returning if I still have time, depositing in the trash if not.Back to the hunt for solid colors as they have the highest likelihood of having the color come from pigment in the parent silicone instead of paint.

This has really helps to redirect my daughter's mouthing tendencies and allows her to have the oral sensory stimulation she seeks. She gets a lot of compliments on her necklace and a lot of our playdate moms have asked about getting one for their daughters. Not sure what it is about 3 and 4 year olds, but if yours is like mine, they are constantly putting their fingers, plastic bottle caps, etc, in their mouths. Now she's stopped doing that and chews on her necklace instead (with some redirection and reinforcement, of course). This one matches with a lot of her outfits, and we'll probably get another one to match with the others.

After about a week of having this my daughter is still liking it. She’s 4 and chews on mostly her hair, nails, toys, and clothes (but she’ll honestly chew on ANYTHING). It’s becoming a positive daily routine to get up and put it on. She thinks it’s so pretty. When we take it off at night she holds up her hands to show me her nails and tell me how much they’ve grown/pretty they look. Buying more!

After having this for a few months, the white pearly beads started breaking after my daughter chewed through them. We ended up cutting them off and keeping the roses. The roses seem to be holding up better.

My daughter loved the necklace and thought it was so beautiful. Unfortunately, she chewed one of the petals off one of the roses within the first week.

Looks really cute but my daughter has chewed several of the white beads and one of the flowers off already and the white string shows dirt easily.

Very well made and cute product. we use this necklace for church and other more formal occasions. It is very durable, super easy to clean. The only I did was put strapping tape around clasp because my daughter pulls and pulls on it constantly. So much better than eating her hail and mouthing objects when we go out. So thankful I found this on Amazon. Bought two necklaces and some bracelets! Bought another brand and returned it immediately.

Ordered it for my daughter, not only is it durable its beautiful! People always ask if she should have them in her mouth and when I respond that its a chewy necklace they saw but shes chewing the pearls not the flowers, haha. The pearls are shiny and look like nice kids jewelry opposed to a sensory tool. And it goes with almost anything including nice dresses :) We've had it for 4 months so far and the only a tiny tear in one of the flowers, and my daughter is a strong chewer. So id say it holds up well!
