Clear Acrylic Musubi Rice Press Maker with Rectangular Handle Food Safe

Good mold

I wanted to try making musubi, but thought using the Spam can as the mold would be a little annoying for me, so I started looking for a mold that would be easy to use. This one caught my eye as it is clear acrylic; it's visually appealing, plus I could see what's happening inside the mold. After a couple of tries, I got the hang of pressing the rice enough into the mold to shape it, but not too much that it would stick to the "paddle" part. Success! The musubi looked amazing and was delicious! The only thing I didn't like was that it left sharp corners, but I just rounded them off with my finger to match the shape of the Spam. It worked very well, looks great, and was easy to clean.

It looks smaller then I thought but it’s about the right size. There’s nothing for the bottom tho when you close the lid. You’ll have to put it under something clean so when you done pressing on it. It’ll come out clean and perfect! I love it! So much faster to make it with this help
