The screen protector kit that came from ArmorSuit works great. And with the amazing customer service from this company it works even better.I was so excited when I received this item, that while I was putting it on my phone, that I dropped it, and it having an adhesive, soaked up a bunch of dog hairs, dirt, etc and I though I was stuck with a poor shield or I would have to buy a new one. I thought what the heck, email the vendor and see what they say.So I told them my situation, and I even explained that it was my fault, that the product did not fail, and said no prob, this falls under Lifetime Warranty, and they sent out a replacement free of charge, no shipping, and I installed the new screen, making clear not to drop.Bit of advice: Completely wash your hands before installing, or even use latex gloves or tweezers, and bit of oil on your hand will show up on the screen and it being an adhesive you will see everytime you look at your phone from now until eternity.Great product, great customer service

This is not a hard tempered glass screen cover like I was under the impression it was but that's due to my own fault of skimming the details.other than that I guess it's a good product Does NOT protect against a broken screen at all BUT DOES protect against light scratches from non sharp our metal objects. But I think that the plastic stick on screen protectors that you can buy a six pack for less than this product does about the same thing. And you Get six of em. BUT this one does say it self heals. And it really does

I wish i could give this product a zero. Unfortunately i can return the product either. I got this "Screen Protector" for my boyfriends new phone i just bought him as well. It's a flimsy sheet of stretchable plastic that is not easily installed. My boyfriend tried to place this on his phone screen and just could not get it to sit properly. He took it off and redid it a few times to the point that the plastic was no longer any good. It had been stretched out to where it would sit right any way you placed it and it had so many bubbles and pieces of dust/dirt that we have no clue where it came from. He didn't drop it and it just kept collecting dust or dirt ever time he lifted it back up. He ended up having to throw it in the garbage as it was useless. Please don't waste your money on this crap.

I had to purchase another screen protector because my phone needed to be replaced. I was more happy with the first screen protector than this one. They seem to stretch during installation, this one I tried not cut like the last one and failed. There are a couple marks in the protector on the current one from where I had to try and plan it out. I watched the video and did step by step, not sure why the protectors stretched

When we first got this shield, my husband accidentally scraped it with his fingernail. It was a pretty big gouge, I thought for sure I would have to replace it. But I rubbed it a few times with my thumb and it seemed like it was going away. So I rubbed it a few times whenever I saw it, and after a week or so, you can't even see it. It really did repair itself. I'll be getting one for my phone, too.

very nice feel but dose get light scratches easy but overt all very good protector. second day I had it on there i hit it really hard on accident and dented the screen protecter but but screen was fine. very glad i had it on there. very tough

Very durable screen protector. The screen protector was easy to install and looks great. Well worth the money. Highly recommend.UPDATE: 7/21/17 I finally managed to tear this screen protector when I dropped my phone on a gravel driveway. I called the customer service phone number to inquire about the lifetime warranty. I provided my order number, they asked no questions and are shipping me a FREE replacement. EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE.I still highly recommend.

This screen protector is great. It went on very easily, with easy to follow instructions on the website. So far it seems to be holding up very well. I keep my phone in my pocket with other items, and there has not even been a scratch in the screen protector. It seems like a very good, thick screen protector. I will definitely purchase from ArmorSuit for my future phones.
