First one I installed was black. Did not print well at all.Took out and shook some more no change.About third try really went to town and now prints great. Nice and black.Compatible with Samsung laser printer (now HP) with no chip interface problems.

I was shocked at the price when I went to purchase ink cartridges for my printer. I was skeptical of the drastically lower price of the Greensky product, but decided it was worth the risk (especially knowing that Amazon is really great about returning products when dissatisfied). I'm SO happy with the quality, ease of installing, and the compatibility to my name brand printer. The colors are vibrant - just what I needed for a presentational product. I will definitely turn to Greensky in the future for printing needs.

Easily replaced cartridges

This cartridge shares very little with the Samsung version. It will not clip into place correctly and the printer doesn't recognize it whatsoever. Unfortunately, I ordered it before I needed it so I didn't open it until now and it is past the return window. DOES NOT FIT CLT-K404S cartridge.Edit: The company reached out and provided a reason for the screw up and have reconciled. Please verify the look of the cartridge and not just the model # when displayed before checking out.

For the most part the toner works great. I occaisionally get these warnings that the toner is invalid. Simply opening the panel and closing again resets the detection and printing will resume. I print a lot of color pictures for the kids and the consistency and quality isn't what I would expect. Will go back to using Samsung toner when this batch is finished.

Unlike some other less expensive 3rd party Samsung cartridges I have purchased that don't work because the gears jam up or they just don't work at all. I have 3 Samsung c430W printers and this product has worked flawlessly for the last 3 cartridge changes.

Using in my Samsung CX series color laser printer. Perfect fit. Good quality. Colors are not as deep, vibrant, or true as the Samsung cartridges they replaced, but are great enough for my household and school use. I see no difference in black text, such as papers. Cost SO much less than Samsung brand cartridges that I really don't care about colors being a little less. They are durable: it has been a year and a half since I installed these and they still work great. I recommend these.

I have tried a number of competing toner products and Greensky is the only one that I have purchased several times. The print cartridges slide in easy making them very easy to install. The print quality for all colors is outstanding. The toner cartridges print out hundreds of pages with never any smearing. This product is an incredible value for my money. I recommend Greensky with no reservations. Please note that I paid for my Greensky toner cartridges with my own money.
