UGGWomen's Adirondack III Boot

Warm, comfortable and waterproof
I wore these outside in the snow in -20 winter weather in Alaska. I wore them everywhere and I was so glad that I had them. They are very comfortable to wear all day. Despite the extreme frigid temperatures my feet never got cold at all. They look good on. I’d definitely buy them again. When I first put them on, they felt a little bit snug. Within the first hour, the lining molded to fit my foot and loosened up a bit. They fit perfectly and didn’t rub anywhere,

Perfect winter boots!
This is my third pair of these boots. I became a devotee when I lived in NYC - not only were these boots warm and good looking, they were waterproof. Finally, I could walk through the city's slush without wet feet!

WORTH EVERY PENNY!! (But size up!)
Where to begin? I’ve been searching for warm, waterproof boots for ages. I’m a size 9.5 shoe but I wear a 10 in classic Ugg boots since they don’t come in half sizes. Before buying these amazing boots I purchased a size 10 in the classic Ugg waterproof snow boot, since I love the warmth and comfort of classic uggs. They were so tight and uncomfortable, they felt like I was wearing cement blocks on my feet. And they looked like cement blocks too. So I didn’t bother sizing up. I tried other brands like Sorrel but they weren’t nearly as warm as Uggs. Then I found these. I’ve never spent $250 on snow boots but these are worth every single penny. I initially ordered a size 10. While they fit, they were a bit snug, and had to be worn with thin socks. I exchanged them for an 11 which did the trick. They are the warmest, softest, most comfortable boots I’ve ever owned. The calf/shin area is padded with faux fur so you don’t get any bruising on your shins like with so many other boots. They feel springy with each step. I have a little extra room in the 11’s (10.5 would have been perfect but they don’t make half sizes after size 10) but they don’t feel sloppy big whatsoever - and I’ve never purchased a size 11 shoe in my life. Because these are lined I recommend sizing up at least a half size if you can. I have room for an extra pair of socks for warmth if I want, but they still feel great with just one pair of socks. Last night we had torrential rain in NYC. I wore these boots and stepped in countless deep puddles. My feet stayed completely warm and dry (I also have Raynauds, a condition where your fingers and toes turn white in even mildly cold temps and these are the only waterproof boots that have kept my feet completely warm.) I honestly couldn’t recommend a better boot than these. They are AMAZING. And attractive to boot. Pun intended :)

Warm&comfortable
I bought them for a trip to Europe during xmas season since my toes were freezing the year before. These boots were AMAZING. They look very cute and also very comfortable&warm. I didn't have to use any hot packs in my boots this time because these boots are super warm with wool socks.

Great winter/snow boot
I've been searching for good winter boots for years. I've worn Sorels which were fine in snow, but so wide and heavy when walking on sidewalks. I've worn LL Bean shearling boots which were warm and waterproof, but painfully uncomfortable to walk in because of the zero support. I read many positive reviews about Uggs Adirondacks but initially balked at the $250 price tag. In desperation I finally gave in and bought them, and I couldn't be happier! I've worn the boots a few times - during a blizzard in sub-20 degree weather walking in 12 inches of snow for an hour, as well as in generally wet, wintry conditions in the city. My feet stayed warm and completely dry - zero snow or moisture got in. Also, they were surprisingly comfortable to walk in. I normally wear 7 in shoes - I bought 7.5 and they fit well. I have a medium width foot, and I do think the boots are on the slightly narrow side. I probably could not wear super thick socks or put orthotic inserts in these. But overall I'm happy with my purchase. They are not cheap by any means, but if you live somewhere with a long winter season where you do a lot of walking, they're worth the investment. I hope I can get several years of use out of these.

Toe area is narrow
I REALLY wanted to love these boots! They look great, wonderful materials, seem very high quality. I expected to have and love for many years, so worth the price. BUT… after reading other reviews I sized up a whole size ( normally I wear an 11, so bought a 12...so lucky they offer a 12!). The length is fine, but the toe box area is quite narrow. I normally always wear a medium width. With one pair of thin merino wool socks they are ok for fashion wear. I’m concerned about long day wear in very cold, I think would be too tight for warmth long wear. However when I add a medium weight oversock for added warmth (bought for a February trip to Finland, so will need extra layer), they are DEFINITELY too tight in toes. I can feel the pinching and know that will lead to cold toes. I’m VERY SAD, but I know I will have to return and keep looking for something that truly fits the way boots meant for warmth should.

Size up, Extremely comfortable.
Love these boots! I first ordered a size 5, normally the size I wear, but I found them too tight and I ordered in a size 6 and they fit beautiful. I have had these boots for a few weeks and they have not disappointed. I pre treated them with water and stain repellent prior to wearing. The weather here has been up and down lately from -20 to +6 and I have worn them through cold snow, slush and rain, while taking my dog on hikes in the woods and they have keept my feet dry and warm. I have also worn them at work for 8+ hour shift in retail where I walk all day and my feet are still comfortable. I can't speak to wear and tear yet. But so far I am in love with them. I 💯 % recommend.

Proved toasty in -30 weather!
These boots are LOVELY and a great investment for Canadian winters. They’ve already proved infinitely superior to my Sorels. When choosing my size, I used the chart on Ugg’s website, they fit perfectly. I also took them to a Brown’s shoe store to compare them to the real thing, and they are legit :)I’m so pleased that I finally have a warm pair of winter boots! I also love that I can wear them barefoot, their antimicrobial properties are holding up so far :)
