I am an amateur watercolor painter who crafts and does cardmaking. This paper is superior in thickness, texture, and ability to take water and a variety of watercolor mediums and look great. It is my go-to for all projects. Still not a bright white like Nenah Solar white or Tim Holtz watercolor paper, but the smoothness makes it a winner.

I'm absolutely BLOWN. AWAY. by this paper! It is by far the best paper I've ever used for coloured pencil. I've used watercolour paper in the past, so I know how well it works for this medium, but until I tried this paper I didn't know how much BETTER this paper is than those other cheaper brands.If you're a professional watercolour or coloured pencil artist, don't ever skimp on cheaper brands again. Do yourself and your client a favour and buy this beautiful paper. The pencils just glide over the paper. I could describe the surface as close to that of vellum, but with others, the paper can't take the punishment of erasing and adding new colour. THIS ONE CAN.Also, the hot-pressed extra-white features keeps your pigment bright, true-to-nature, and fully saturated, which is what you want in a paper, because it cuts down the amount of redundant work you'll have to do.I'm never going back to those other brands. This is great watercolor paper. Just be aware that I bought hot pressed and cold pressed was delivered. I work with both so no complaints about the product and definitely 4 stars on this paper, but mix-ups happen.

Great paper, but whole item bent in middle. The block might have had smaller, heavier items stacked on it in the warehouse. Not entirely fixable.

Received a heavily damaged block with the first couple pages already separated from the block. Didn't want to hassle with a return, so I just tried to use it anyways. I own several smaller blocks of this same paper, and have always had beautiful results, but something is really off on this one. Colors and washes won't blend, the paper warps really badly and surface balls up like crazy under the slightest water or pressure. The rest of the block will barely stay together (pages all pulling apart) Really disappointed in this purchase, because I know it shouldn't be like this.

Takes the water well. Even when it started to warp it goes back due to all the edges being connected. Great for layering, recommend!

This paper was recommended for colored pencil. Being a complete novice with pencils, I did not get the results the artist did. Good watercolor paper though.

Love this paper. It is worth the money for the quality and outcome of my artwork.
