Experience says: Don't let the bag touch the hot pan bottom while boiling. There is a foldable round spacer for the inside of cooking pots somewhere on Amazon, use that, or a mesh or whatever, to keep the bags off the pot bottom. They can melt (in the water), no fun! Wife was happy after that initial trouble, making now fine Moi Moi. I still don't like them, a costly way to cook, but its better than aluminium foil, although I can't test if something goes into the food from that material. And it looks very neat if you cook for other people like in the church.

I was so excited with my purchase that I used it same day that it was delivered.. This is an excellent invention. I love the idea of the bags being lock zipped in the pot. I managed to produce the tastiest moin- moin I have ever steamed. I will highly recommend the moi moi pouch to all the good cooks out there. Normally, I would use a larger pot, this time conveniently fit my moin moin in a medium stock pot. I washed the pouches to re-use, they are really easy to wash. The pouches are generous enough when expanded at the bottom.

I saw this product online and ordered right away. They are reusable and good quality material. Makes cooking moi moi so easy. I hand wash it with dish soap and rinse thoroughly before and after use. I highly recommend.
