I ordered this first time touching my electricity in my house super easy install got it done in 2 minutes easy to take off if needed

Recommenfed, but they ate pricey compared to the basic wall plates for devora light switches and electrical recepticals (outlets). But they do get rid of the screws showing and add a cleaner look.Electrician"s tip: Just know that the top and bottom corner metal tabs (the ones that look like mouse ears) on any switch or receptical, are there so you can bend the up to push the switch or receptical off the wall surface as needed to make it sit level and flush. Simply use a small screw driver and fold the tabs downward to lift the switch or receptical higher from the surface of the wall and/or the electrical box. This helps if the wall is uneven plaster, drywall, or textured or even stucco on exterior walls. Also helps for electrical boxes that are recessed too far into the wall. Never just tighten down a switch or receptical to the maximum and against the electrical box, unless that is even and flush with your surrounding wall surface. I like to use a small allen wrench to bend these tabs, as it as a short and long side to allow better leverage or in tight spaces.Once level and flush you can tighten the screws on the inner part section of the wall plates untill they sit flush too. Then just click on the top cover, with the two slots holes down. Then just use a small flathead screw driver in those holes to remove it when needed. I usually just gently lift it from the bottom and they pop right off.I also bought the 2 and 3 gang (2x 3x switches or recipticals) to use where I had multiple gangs in my kitchen and bathroom.

Flat like everything else these days.

Every time I look at it it makes me happy, because it just looks so sleek. It has stayed nice looking for a few years now.

This is just cheap plastic and it looks like it. If you're ok with that, it's a good price. I guess I just expected it to at least pretend to look like metal. Probably my fault but it didn't work for me so I decided to return it and spend just a touch more for an actual metal plate.

The switch plate included with Wemo switches is a bit over 1/4” thick.This switch plate and all others that are said to be screwless will not sit flush with the wall. The extra plate that you have to attach to the switch makes the cover plate sit proud of Wemo reset buttons and leaves a gap between the wall and switch plate.There is nothing wrong with the look and quality of the product. It just doesn’t work with Wemo

Really easy install with a screw driver only.They really make such a difference especially if you just repainted. It just looks very sleek and modern.

These are pretty nice. I like the screwless design, and the finish is very nice for plastic. It really has a convincing metallic look. They're pricier than your standard almond plates, but that's not really surprising, is it?Also, if somehow you didn't already realize this, be sure to coordinate these with the matching receptacles and switches for a really seamless look:  Legrand - Pass & Seymour 885TRDBCC12 15A Tamper Resistant Receptacle Bronze Some minor gripes:The plate feels slightly fragile to me, and I worry that if you took it on and off a lot it could break over time. Honestly though, that's not usually the case; you put them on and leave them on for months or years at a time.I also simultaneously feel like they're too hard AND too easy to get off. (I know, it can't really be both, right?) When prying these from the bottom to remove (no screws, remember!), I often feel as if I might snap off the tabs that hold it in place. Having said that, I haven't broken one yet - so maybe I'm paranoid. Sometimes, though, I feel like they pop off with just a tiny bit of pressure, making me think they could come off accidentally.

Unlike the competition, these wall plates do not a have smooth edge, there is a recess where the edge should meet the wall. Since there is always a gap between the plate and the wall, no matter how you adjust the switch screws, the recess makes the gap seem even larger that it already is! This design fails on its most basic requirement: make it neat.
