Natural Vitality Calm Magnesium Anti Stress, Raspberry Lemon, 300G

Back of pot says take 1 tsp a day. Added on sticker on top of pot says take 2tsp a day. Seller instructions say take 1 to 1.5tsp a day. Manufacturer doesn’t reply to query. If you don’t take enough of this stuff it doesn’t work and if you overdose it can cause health issues. STEER CLEAR. Am reporting to regulatory bodies as amazon simply tell me to contact seller (who is not the manufacturer). Should not be sold in this state OR if it is then this issue (that othera have reported) should be cleared up in the item description, but instead another dosage is recommended which doesn’t correlate to the other two!

This is by far the best brand of powdered magnesium. The flavour is superior and not too sweet, I find it tastes like a mild lemonade. The best about this brand is NO gritty residue! I had some other brands which are gritty and the grit ends up in your mouth and in the bottom of the glass. I didn't know there was a difference in brands of powdered magnesium until I tried different ones and they were horrible. Natural Vitality is smooth and fizzes easily in warm or cold water, and cleanup is easy too!I am careful to measure the recommended grams by placing a glass on my digital scale and spooning in the weighed measure. Then I add cold water and allow it to fizz. In the winter I use water warmed in the tea kettle and allow it to fizz. I have also found this very easy to clean up the glass afterward compared to the other brands where the residue stuck to the glass. I won't be trying others now that I have found this one. The photos show weighing and fizzing in cold water. I do fill the glass after or the taste is too strong. The last photo shows after drinking there is no grit in the bottom of the glass.The magnesium definitely helps with sleep and regulating jumpy muscles. I had restless legs and that caused me to have difficulty falling asleep. This magnesium has solved both of those concerns.

I want to complain about this product! it's the second time I order the lemon and raspberry flavoured and for the second time I got the plain no flavoured!! the first time got the individual sachets and complained about it and no answer or explanation, was take it or return it... I really think I should get some sort of an explanation or solution for this...

But...Product packed okay and delivered on time...and seems to be doing what it is meant to...!Tastes okay as well !

This is a repeat purchase and this brand is always my go-to for magnesium to keep my electrolytes up, stop cramps and help sleep.

Keeps raising the price - ok product but very hard to dose correctly.

I have been taking this product for a while and I definitely feel a difference in myself.
