Nonsense
In summary... aliens are trying to lower the worlds vibrational energy in order to invade. Things that lower your energy are masturbation, prostition, monogomous sex, religion, politics, wheat, anger, fear and recreational drugs. Things that raise your vibration are "non possesive" sex, meditation, being outdoors, pets, exercise, love and forgiveness. The author bashes a belief in one paragraph and then uses the same belief as support of his theory in another paragraph. This whoke book is one mans theory with no evidence or science to back it up. My copy of the book went straight to the dump. Don't waste your time or money on this book.

It’s Time to Resonate with the Create Energy Around Us-
“It’s Time to Align” by Allen Lottinger describes how everything in the natural world has vibrations. As conscious beings, we have the ability to “raise or lower our vibrations based on our choices.” When our vibrations are raised, wealth, love, peace, and purpose-things that we desire-become our reality. Despite this concept being so abstract, Lottinger breaks it down into manageable bits and provides specific analogies and examples that help the reader understand his theory more clearly. The author explains that many aspects of our world are trying to lower our vibration, and by understanding these conspiring forces, we begin to realize how we can raise our ability to attract good vibes. While the author’s continuous use of the word “vibration” does become a bit repetitive, I think it only deepens your understanding of the Law of Attraction. In addition, the amount of cited research that Lottinger did, really helps prove his theory. Topics, like sex, religion, politics, drugs, and violence, which often may be awkward to discuss, are presented in a mature way that make the reader feel comfortable and truly do help us understand the big picture of how and why our vibrations are being manipulated on a daily basis. Lottinger wraps up his work by discussing how to increase our vibration through the use of meditation, nature, pets, exercise, love, and forgiveness. I found this part of the book to be a very inspirational way to wrap up this quick and easy read, as well as give readers the motivation they need to begin raising their vibrations immediately after putting this book down.

NOT a self help book - ramblings of a conspiracy theorist who wants to be enlightened but doesn't know what that means
The cover says that it is the best self help book ever written....what?!? Who said that? This is not really a self-help book. Over half the book is devoted to things you need to stop doing with terrible unscientific references. It is clear the guy has good intentions but some editing would have really helped for his first book. It is poorly organized, jumps back and forth, and does not offer any true revelations on how to increase your vibration. I am very disappointed, from the summary I expected something completely different than this weird shaming and conspiracy theories. And I like conspiracy theories, there is some stuff he says I agree with, but it was presented poorly, not well-researched, and does not offer really anything the summary describes. OOH and the one chapter basically sounds like he needs permission from the world to be poly-amorous and condemns everyone who isn't - that is not how the universe works, consensual and healthy is up to each person, does not have to be one way or another to be high vibe. Can I get a refund? I'll send it back.

It's Time to Align by Allen Lottinger
The author, Lottinger, claims that this is the “most powerful self-help book ever written” with its exploration of things that lower one’s personal vibration (things that make us more culpable and vulnerable to the demands of others; such as mastubation as havok on the nervous system, possessive sex as a repression of energy as well as an increase of low vibration towards one’s partner, religions and religious worship [hell as low vibration, consuming body and blood of Christ as cannibalism], wheat as addictive and a dietary mire for low vibration, and there being no personal fulfillment in recreational drugs [uncertainty towards ayahuasca/peyote]) and raise personal vibrations (meditation as inner peace and a foil for archons & a release of inbedded emotions, being among nature/pets/sunlight as a way to recharge a flow of high vibrations, having a fun and daily routine of exercise as attainment of good personal health [which is a physical manifestation of high vibration], love/forgiveness crucial to high vibrations and being the most rewarding way of attaining them, and letting go of physical & emotional attachments). With the exception of people, Lottinger sees most of the natural world as being in a state of constant vibration, while people have the inadvertent ability to adjust or control the vibrations around them and, by doing so, they also can contribute to the movement/flow of chakras and the negation/sussation of dark universal sources. Vibrations are considered to be the link between having personal desires and attaining them.He attributes the concept of the “vortex of creation” to the author Esther Hicks. A vortex is a spinning motion of energy located at the top of the head, which attracts likening and resonatingly similar people and experiences, with one’s personal vibration affecting the speed of the spin. If we close ourselves off to vibrations altogether, it shuts away or denies us what we truly desire, and the stagnation of spin leads to disengagement, a lack of personal empowerment and the lack of chakra flow (similar to the movement of digestion to process food and eliminate waste). Through the embracing the author’s high vibration tactics and shunning low vibrations will allow a person to fine-tune their vibration, gain personal insight, and allow them to let go of the low vibration processes that slow them down.

Rubbish. How did this get published!!
Split into 2 sections - first part states a few things that lower our vibration and 2nd part is activities that raise our vibration.1st part starts with a diatribe about masturbation and controlling sex which takes first 2 chapters of 10. Seems to assume this is normal life, not relevant to me or anyone I know. TV is another thing that lowers vibration, except for Seinfeld, because author likes it.2nd part is the 'self-help' part, raising vibration comes from being in nature, meditation, exercise and love. Genius - who knew! No information, exercises or tips relating to self-help, other than go for a walk by the ocean and meditate under an oak tree.Text is mostly written as authors opinion, with a few excerpts from other people's books that back up his opinion. No evidence of research. This is not a self help book, don't know how it ever got published. It has to be the worst book I have ever read.
