Otis Loves to Play Board book – September 13, 2012

One more Otis board book for our collection! He's a favorite character and this book is a good addition to our set!

We love Otis the tractor. I purchased this book used, and was fully aware that there may be some marks, pages that were damaged. I did not expect that Otis that was on the front cover to be ripped off to the cardboard. In this condition it is no longer giftable even to a 3 year old's standards. Luckily we can still read it.

We first bought the We Pray book for Thanksgiving. My granddaughter loved it.We have since bought two more including Otis loves to play. It is very cute since this little tractor loves to play.Buy while they are still in print, the first book can be very very pricey. Amazon carries it if it is available.

I love the Otis books by Loren Long, and was excited to find this as a board book to give as a baby gift. My disappointment only came because the story is very simple, and I didn't feel like the illustrations were as nice as the regular books. Board books are meant to be simpler, but I was surprised at how different it is from the other three. There are other board books out there that are better.

A very thin sequel when compared to the first one. My kids love Otis and we have been looking forward to this version for some time. A little disappointed that there were so few pages, but worth it for Otis fans or those looking for an intro to Otis' world.

We got the Otis book out from the library, my 2 year old picked it out himself. He loooooves Otis the tractor, but the story was a little long for his attention span. I was simply paraphrasing it, but then I stumbled upon this little gem at a toy store. This is perfect for right now. My little guy still gets the gist of the Otis story, but without the lengthy narration. The durable board book style it a plus too.

I am disappointed in this little book. It was purchased along with the original Otis board book and duplicates select pages of that book without adding any additional story or pictures. It is much smaller and simpler but I feel like I wasted my money purchasing it along with the original Otis.

Had one before but overused it and burned it up. This one so far is just fine, will not over use this one, maybe the cooling fan will help it last longer, Happy so far tho.
