Great Trial size of a very expensive meat. I found it tasted woodsier than prosciutto

Too salty. No that special flavor that a good ibérico de bellota has.

It took forever to arrive. It clearly suffered from heat in the way. The slices stick to one another and the texture is not great. It seems it could have been a potentially decent lomo that might justify the overprice, but definitely not worth even half that price with what we received.

I expected a better taste but if only you want to know what it tastes like and save money, better purchase is the same slim jim
