Shipping was on time and product works almost perfectly. Had an issue and tech support answered quickly. (After doing some vehicle testing my battery was bad and causing the problems.) Very pleased, touch screen is very responsive and image is extremely clear. Also noticed that the mirror is quite smudge and fingerprint resistant. The only reason for 4 instead of 5 stars is the motion detection is very poor. After quite a bit of testing it seems that at least half the screen must detect movement for it to start recording, so a person will not activate it and a car sometimes does not. I could not get the rear camera to activate the motion recording at all.

So far, it has been good, but there are 2 things that came to my attention.1st, in the morning, i like to check my oil level, so I open up my hood and close it. That's when Parking Monitor starts working and recording. Then I go into my car and turn it on, but the backup camera doesnt turn on. I have to turn off the car and wait for the dash cam turn off completely, then turn it back on. Now, both cameras work.2nd, Backup camera is showing stuttering video on the mirror. I haven't checked in the computer yet, but I thought backup camera should be like one in the front, clean and non stuttering. I know it's 720p camera, but video shouldn't stutter, right? Just lower resolution?UPDATE:IT JUST KEEP FREEZING. I had to take if off the mirror and reset it, but it still kept freezing. TROHESTAR logo was stuck on the screen. I unplugged it and the built in battery kept the screen on with the logo for good 30 minutes. I had to drive with that logo without being able to see my back view. VERY SAFE!

The rearview mirror is fixed directly on the existing rearview mirror and can be used as a normal rearview mirror. It has a 7-inch screen that allows you to see the road through a rear-facing camera when reversing to prevent a tragedy. The rearview mirror also has a front-facing camera that can capture 1080P high-definition images. The price is moderate, the function is powerful, is worth the purchase.

Think all of these rear view mirrors are the same because they look identical? Think again. Some cheaper models are made in factories that have no quality control - you have to pay more for that. This one had no quality control. I paid $150 to have this professionally installed in my car. When switching to the backup camera, it would often show a blank screen. After returning my car to the installation place FOUR times thinking it was the installation, turns out one of the wires running to the back camera was faulty. Not only this, but the menu system was written by someone who doesnt speak English properly. It was not intuitive to find the recorded pictures and videos. Avoid.

I bought two driving recorders on the same day. One family used oneself and used it for a few days. It feels good. The product design is very good, the daytime clarity is very high, and the evening is also good, it is worth buying.

I have installed the driving data recorder for my business car, and I have been using it for two weeks. So far, everything is working normally except the reverse image. The installation is too troublesome, so I give it up

Amazon dropped it off on the back porch and my German Shepherd used for a chew toy so I guess I'll have to purches another one so I can leave a review LOL

I used this mirror dash cam for couple of weeks already, it’s much better than regular cam , easy to install, the screen is wide and clear. I think that’s what I need.
