Not Quite Perfect
The description stated that the Cookie Headband was for an adult, but it is snug and the pacjaging said 7+ which I believes it is for a young girl or teen. I also found the weight of the eyes keep the face of Cooking falling back over the hair rather than being upright as pictured.

Served it's purpose for the costume, but it was the most expensive piece in all. It cost more tgan the shirt, tutu and socks. Looks as pictured and just as described.
