Dukal Oil Emulsion Dressing, 3" W x 8" L (Box of 24)

They are hard to secure under a secondary dressing they have little moisture so they dont stick to the surface naking it difficult to get a dressing on top of without holding it down no biggie unless your wounds are rather large and there are multiple places to cover on one limb like I have. Maybe easier to use another person's situation. Me not so much, I didnt like them. I'll stick to the ones made with petroluem jelly.

My wife has a large leg wound which will take some time to heal because of the medications she takes and the effect they have on her skin. We need to change her dressing at least once or twice a day. Placing this product over the antibacterial salve applied to the wound and under the surgical pad makes changing the dressing easy and painless because coagulated blood does not stick to the surgical pad and wound as would be the case if we didn’t use this product. I highly recommend using this product for wounds that persist and take time to heal.

Got this so they bandages wouldn't stick to a severe dog bite. The hospital recommended using oil emulsion dressing so it's easier to change the bandages. Definitely made it easier.

These were a lifesaver for me after my motorcycle wreck. They are the one thing that helped me make progress on healing from a bunch of road rash. Bikers better keep some on hand because they will save you a lot of suffering.

This product is cost effective and does keep my wound moisturized for better healing.

Ripped off the outer lay of skin 6 inches. patch was comfortable and helped in the heeling process. Only a scar left.
