Great bag for my alienware 17
The only bag under 3000 with good protection and sufficient space to comfortably fit my Alienware 17. Go for it without a second thought if u have a 17 inch laptop. Just for reference my laptop's dimensions are 430 X 290 X 37 mm^3.

Light bag for bulky laptops
ASUS ROG 17 fits perfectly in the flat compartment itself, leaving the main compartment free for either a full-key mechanical keyboard+mouse or audio interface+mic, for example, along with the charger. The laptop dimensions provided by the manufacturer (see photo) are accurate. Despite the dimensions, it doesn't look bulky. I wanted a bag to carry my laptop only occasionally (once in 6 months), so I wasn't looking for much. The bag serves my purpose.

Compact but well built
Using this to carry a heavy duty 17" mobile workstation and the bag has held up very well so far. It looks very compact even when stuffed with all my kit and hasn't shown any signs of weak spots in the stitches yet. The edges of laptop can be felt, which is the only grouse, but that seems to have no bad impact in cushioning the device from shocks of everyday travel

Very good quality as expected from case logic. Laptop compartment well cushioned. Lot of storage spaces in the front zipper, adequate for me.

an overpriced okay type laptop bag...
I am not too happy with the quality of the bag, specifically the zips and the sides of the bag. Also, the back straps could have been better with little more width and padding. Otherwise, the laptop padding is good and it holds my 15.6" laptop nicely together with the sleeve (also by CaseLogic). Overall, an overpriced okay type laptop bag.
