Classic styling. Well made. Easy to install. Perfect item to install right outside the shower stall and have his and hers towels handy and ready to go. Wish I had installed one 25 years ago. When installing, be sure and use toggle bolts. Don't use the plastic anchors. You will be pulling heavy towels off this bar. Toggle bolts will hold the fixture in place and you won't have to worry about it pulling out of the wall. Most all this stuff is made in China. Kohler will back up it's finish and quality if something should happen to it. I have never had a problem dealing with Kohler on any of their products for customer satisfaction. The holes are exactly 24" on center from side to side for the towel bar. You will need 4 toggle bolts. They even give you a little play for being slightly off in your measurements. So you can adjust the brackets if you were off just a bit in your measuring. That way you can make it level.

Presumably you are looking at this because you do not have space for two bath towel racks. So, check, it solves that. Presumably it is also a style that appeals to you, check. It looks very nice in person. We had the wall removed between our tub and shower so there went space for separate racks. I have items (bathtub faucet handles, light fixtures, sink handles) from a few different brands though they are all quite similar, which is why I chose this model. It looks very close, and looks more elegant than cheaper options. We got the matching TP holder because they are in close enough proximity to be noticeable. Very nice style, we are happy with both. Our towels are about 2 inches wider than the bars, so we either scrunch them a little or have the edges over the ends of the bars. Not a big deal either way.

The towel bar is well made. The template makes installation very easy. I would buy this again.

Very high quality bath towel holder! Pricey but it seems worth it. The item is well made and the finish is gorgeous! This was easy to install but took an extra few minutes to level. No template is provided but I made one out of the box it came in.

I love how this looks but it protrudes so much that it's a little dangerous. I had it installed over the toilet to eliminate accidents. I don't know that I'd order the double again but definitely the single I would.

Just installed two of these rods. Was worried about it sticking out from the wall too much to fully open the bathroom door since I was unable to find the true projection dimension from the Amazon posting (it's sticks out 6" from the wall to the second rod) but it turned out fine. Obviously it has doubled the capacity of hanging towels in the same space. Easy installation with a template for drilling the holes and the multiple types of mollies depending on where you are mounting the rods (drywall, stud, tile). Using the drywall mollies it is very securely attached (was worried about the weight of two towels as opposed to one), quality of construction is excellent. Really happy I found this solution because I need two towels (for hair and body) and Tom needs one so we really needed the added capacity. Don't like hanging towels on hooks because they don't dry well.

We've been using ours for a few weeks and have been very happy with it. It holds two full sized adult towels and has enough space that you can easily fit fluffy towels in both spots. It's a nice space saving design that also takes into account ease of use. It is a nice quality and blends well with our Grohe products that are in our bathroom.Update - After nearly two months of use, we still love it! It's holding up well and easy to use. I'm still amazed that two fluffy towels will dry fully on it, but they do. The lower front bar makes it very easy to grab a towel or to load a towel onto the bar.

The design matches our existing fixtures. But the cost is not justified, metal is thin, if there is any metal in this. Can't talk about quality as I have not had it long. Admittedly I have sour grapes regarding this purchase due to the inflated and unjustified cost of it.

This towel rack looks great -- and works great if you want to hang two towels. Why only four stars? The rack replaced the identical one we purchased 13 years ago. The lower bar separated necessitating replacement. The good new is that the same model is still available, matching the rest of the Devonshire fixtures in our bathroom.
