A, B, C, Come Play with Me
HOT, HOT, HOT. I read BD$M Checklist A a couple of years ago, and I was delighted to find this box set A, B, and C earlier this year. There are three volumes, so three couples on their journey through the checklist. All the characters are intertwined via the club, Las Palmas. I enjoyed (devoured) the entire set, though if I had to select a favorite it would be C. Each volume in the set explores BD$M activities beginning with a particular letter. Couples paired and given their letter, and must complete a preselected set of activities. Lots of spanking good fun ensues. It is not for the faint of heart; you must have a taste for this topic. I recommend this series to anyone who loves this sub-genre with a heavy side of true romance thrown in. It fell short of five stars for me based on strictly personal reasons. I don't like angst in any form or measure. Checklist B and C had a smattering of angst, so that alone knocks it down for me. I'll be continuing this series, and I will happily devour anything I can get by Ms. DuBois.

Instructive and hot BDSM
I very much liked the frame in which the individual stories are set, so much so, that my partner and I are considering doing the same. I was also impressed by the emphasis on safe and consensual. Fans of 50 Shades should read these books, if they want to know what BDSM is really about. All that may sound rather dry, but these stories are anything but. Aside from the sex - no, as part and parcel of "what it is that we do," the characters grow, develop and get a better handle on themselves. What more could onr want? Well, there are more letters in the alphabet and interesting things on the checklists!

BDSM
Book Review: Checklist ABC... A Billionaire Club Box SetAuthor: L DuBoisFIVE STARSIf this book doesn't make you hot then I don't know what will. The D/s scene is something that is really an area that I am not familiar with but I love reading it. The trust it requires to be able to give yourself over completely to your D.The whole purpose to this series is this. Las Palmas Oscuras or The Dark Palms is an exclusive and secretive BDSM Club where only the richest of the rich can afford to be members. Now the head Masters and Mistresses of the resort have decided that things have become to lazy and stupid in complacency. They want things to get back on edge and push everyone to their limits. So they have this list. If the members to not want to play this game they are free to leave and give up their place in the club. The game is simply this. There is a letter and under each letter are the different things that are listed that start with that letter that is part of the BDSM world. A couple or a D/s will be assigned a letter and they are to do everything on that list that they have said they are willing to participate in.A is for.... We meet Anna and Master Jensen.B is for..... We meet Mae and Master Xavier.C is for ..... We meet Beth and Master JamesAll equally HOT and Sexual. All so worth the read. I will be picking up the rest of these books.KLH

Sexy character driven stories to warm your heart...
This story reminds you that behind every BDSM couple is a couple of real people. Anna and Jensen, especially Anna, are put to the test when the owners of Las Palmas give them specific alphabetic inspired tasks to expand their BDSM experience. Yes, this book is one HOT read, but it's also sweet and sad and joyful.B is for broken, maybe, but not so much that the right person can't make you whole. Or make you more. Xavier and Mae have misconceptions about each other, when they just let go they find more of themselves.C is for collar, and so much more, but James refuses to ever give another collar. Beth is a mystery to James. He's seen her around but she's like he curtains, in the background. Their pairing is eye opening for both of them and one sexy sweet read for us.

Great First 3 in the Series
A is for.......A is for Anna and Jensen!I loved this story and what it represents for this couple. We see glimpse of their past and present and gives up hope for their future. I was reluctant to start this series but I was sucked into it from the very beginning.B is for....B is for Brilliant OMG what a story of growth and self awareness. Xavier and Mae' story was extremely intense and I loved every minute of it!C is for....James and Beth's story tugged a lot of emotion in me and I found myself sucked into their world and loving every minute of it. With every installment in The BDSM Checklist series I get more and more sucked in to each of the stories and their characters.

Not Your Mom's 50 Shades
This compilation was my first reading anything by L Dubois. This far exceeded my expectations. The characters & story lines are complex, cohesive & sit in an ice bath HOT! She is on my top BDSM author list. Fan & stalker, of her work, for as long as she writes.

Thought provoking and delicious
I enjoyed reading A, B, and C! Really got into both the D/s mindset. It made me understand how one can deceive- even oneself from both perspectives. Deliciously hot too! I enjoyed the freebie so much (thank you), I bought the remaining books currently in the series. Well worth the read!

Wow just wow
Totally surprising set of novellas from Mari Carr and Lila Dubois. As always very naughty and to be honest at times takes you out of your comfort zone when some of the actions seem cruel and degrading. That said a brilliant set of books about a new game introduced within a bdsm club. To be followed up with the next set I hope.
