Nixie Tube Clock IN-14 (with Tubes)

My Grandson was one of the happiest young men I know, after he opened this gift. Great surprise sweet 16 gift!!

So I search on Saturday night for something like this after binge watching 5 episodes of Travellers. I thought it look so neat. A few of the other models out there had *very* bad reviews on poor quality, poor communication, longer than anticipated delivery times, etc. So I went with what seemed like a premium (costly) product, largely also based on favorable reviews ( people even reported issues, but that they were resolved ASAP!).All I can say is wow! 2 days later (order late Saturday, arrived Monday late afternoon) this unit arrived! At first I was scared as a tube was out of its socket and the washer under one of the feet fell off, but I told myself "people praised the customer support." After a few minutes of bright light and glasses, I got the one tube re-seated and the washer tightened!This is not inexpensive, but it is soooooooooo incredibly cool, and the fact that the maker seems totally legit and cool too make me love this even more! I'm beyond thrilled at what is my early X-mas present from my wife to me! I 100% recommend!!! :-)

Nixie tubes crap out at times, this person delivers and supports their product. After my fellow geek friends noticed the sheer awesomeness of having a 1960s Apollo 13 style nixie tube clock in my living room - I had to get another one for my friends.I was sent the wrong item. This person, if you can get him to support the purchase of another nixie tube clock, is the perfect gift for any old-school electronics geek. This is a clock that my 73 y.o. pops would love to see ticking away above his mantle.

first delivery had a non-functional product; seller was swift to react and send a replacement (good!)... enjoyed this really cool gadget ever since... unfortunately, after about 3 months, one of the tubes is not working, anymore... not sure how to ask for a replacement tube - without having to return the whole product?!UPDATE: seller responded quickly and sent 2 replacement tubes - great service!

So far so good. Nixie tubes are great, but the base is horrible. It’s so cheap. It’s just 2 pieces of raw wood. I bought mine used for half the price and I’m still considering returning it. There was ZERO care put in to making the base. I’ll make a nice base for it, but for the price, I shouldn’t have to. Unreal.Update: I had 2 bulbs stop working and the seller sent replacement bulbs very quickly. I really like the clock if it weren’t for the simplicity of the base. What a great seller though.

I had a tube that wasn’t working and the seller sent 2 replacement tubes immediately! The clock is a little smaller than I thought it would be, but it is a great product. I would definitely buy from this seller again.

I love the clock. I purchased it a little over a year ago. Sadly, two bulbs have gone bad. Can you please tell me how I can get them replaced? I miss my clock.

This clock looks fabulous. I saw a clock like this on the show Travelers & fell in love and this clock really does it justice. I love it and can’t wait to show it off to everyone.Special note: I had a problem with the first clock sent (outside of box indicated it contained an IN14 clock but inside the box was a VFD clock). The seller went above and beyond to make it right.
