I bought 2 of these and both duds and failed with less than an hour on the
Bought for a 2012 Polaris Ranger 400ho. I order the first one and installed. It was easy to install, but ease of installation was more to do with the design of the vehicle and location of the fuel pump than the part.1st thing I noticed after fuel pump #1was replaced is that it was obnoxiously loud, I could hear it knocking over the sound of the engine at an idle- it sounded like the motor fixin to throw a rod.After about an hour (at most) of run time it starred sputtering and then completely died. I confirmed the fuel pump wasn’t cycling when turning key on so I double checked I was getting proper voltage to the pump power wire to confirm the pump the point of failure.I requested a replacement through Amazon and did get a replacement within a couple of days. I installed the replacement within a 1/2 hour of it being delivered and took it out for a test drive. Fuel pump #2 was dead within an hour of it being delivered to my door.

Works Well But LOUD
I got this pump because my 2014 Polaris Ranger 400 was down and it was the fastest delivery. It works fine, but it is so loud that it is actually obnoxious. I’m going to replace it with a quieter one that I can put in on my own time. It was worth the 15 bucks to get up and running, but if you can afford to wait an extra day or two, I would recommend getting a different one

Direct bolt in
