Just as described, beautiful display shadow box for my father’s recent burial flag after passing on Father’s Day two weeks ago. Perfect fit for his military honors ceremonial flag. It was a mahogany, very solid, like the very sturdy wall hanging option which I am using, well packaged and shipped faster than the date it said I would receive it. Arrived next day! If your looking through the many cases not able to decide on one, definitely get this one! Also ordered a brass custom engraved plate to place in it from another seller that I’m waiting to arrive. When framing our country's flag, only the best will do. I shopped at several local stores and every case was scratched. This one is packaged well. Thank you for helping me honor a family vet.

Very nice wooden flag display, glass front

Well made case. The gold bradding makes it look very nice, looks better than the case without it. Case looks very nice. One suggestion, be sure the flag is folded tight. If not it will be bulky and difficult to placer inside the display. Any veteran would be proud to have their flag displayed in it.

needed this display case for my dad's flag received after military burial with 21 gun salute and overfly . it fir very well and made a grear display for my 95 yr old mother for her rememberance

The case came in a huge box (2x as big as the case) vis USPS, but its better to be safe than sorry, I guess. The case was covered in styrofoam balls, but thats not what was used in the box to secure it. Whoever packed it, left me a mess to clean up. It must have been stored somewhere messy. There is a scratch on the wooden part of the case, but i dont feel like dealing with the hassle of sending it back & waiting for another. Outside of that, it fits the flag perfectly. Latches on the back are secure. This is a very nice unit.

My Dad was not big on memorials and such. But I opted to receive his military service flag--and this flag case is how I display it. I feel he is happy and proud I display his flag--and he would like the simple beauty of this case.It is a good value.I would recommend it.

the flag frame is way too big.... the ad on amazon did not give the dimensions of the box ; if I had known the size , I would not have purchased it.the post office wants $130 to return it by post to you ..... it does not make sense..
