It’s arrived in bad condition and it’s doesnt work

Disappointed
The buttons (safety and power) are extremely hard to depress. Just sits on the shelf as I'm older and my hands are weak. I'm very disappointed in this product. I would never buy anotherbone or even another product from this company.
