My Sometimes Feelings Hardcover – March 4, 2018

Love, love, love this book! I have bought this book multiple times, as well as gifts for moms with kids who lack a foundation of what I call an "emotional vocabulary." Such a child-friendly book to teach them about basic emotions. I highly recommend this book for young kids!

Excellent book. My 5 year old daughter keeps asking me to read it to her and it inspires healthy discussions between us about her feelings. I would have loved to see more emotions in the book and for the ones that were written about to be explained a bit more. But I still recommend this book!

My children really enjoyed the book. We have read it many many times. The concepts were very clear and easy to understand.
