Good adhesion with just the right amount of stretch (very little). The protective tape is a very nice touch. I have sensitive skin and this helps prevent blisters. Good quality. Very happy with product.

As a CrossFitter I bought this tape to use on my hands to protect them when I have a tear. As soon as I get sweaty on the back of my hand, the tape doesn't just start peeling, it just completely stops sticking. Even where the tape is stuck to itself rather than to my skin, it still loses its stick.Although its nice and sticky when dry, I can't imagine it would be any good for providing support to injured limbs during any sort of activity where you work up a sweat.

Use it to tape a wrist for hockey. Very durable and last even in a sweaty glove.

Used to tape up my kid's sprained ankle. For that use case, the pre-wrap to tape ratio was good. Adhesion was good and held fine for the 1-3hr sessions it was used for. Pre-wrap stretch is fine and I had no issues with that; the tape itself doesn't have much give, if any, and that's how you would want it anyway. For the one kid sized ankle I used this for, this is enough for roughly 2 weeks of daily use, give or take a few days.What ever you are getting it for, just make sure you know how to properly apply the tape for proper support. Just wrapping something randomly is going to do more harm than good more often than not.

This tape is hard to unroll and it just doesn't stay stuck. I tried all the rolls in the box thinking that maybe one was bad, all of the rolls sucked. Maybe this was some old stock? It is also impossible to tear. The foam wrap was good, but very disappointed in the tape.
