Yahtzee Electronic Hand-held [Gold]

The first time I purchased this game was about 40 years ago. It lasted that long which was amazing. I purchased the first one in the toy section of a drug store and it cost approximately $5.00. It went all over the world with us as we travelled so when it went bad, I just had to replace it. I was shocked at the price for a new one but purchased it anyway.

Brand new in the package. It was hard to pay that price considering the price of the original game when it was purchased. This will be a Christmas gift. I did not realize I was buying it from an outside person. I am just hoping everything will be fine with it when its opened, I am not expecting that there will be. ( Now I HAVE to wait to give it to the person, which is the hard part).

But I buy these things for an elderly lady and her heartbreakingly disabled son, they have a hard time using newer versions with smaller buttons, which are also often poorly made.. My problem is that I do not appreciate being soaked on the ridiculous price.

Game is all I expected.

My wife and I play electronic Yahtzee in bed almost every night (don't bad mouth it 'til you've tried it). We had two purchased a long time ago when they were $10 a piece. My wife wore hers out. I hated to pay what they go for now, but we missed it so much I finally broke down. Leave the annoying sound off to save the battery and play. We also play the dice version all summer long at our family camp and we have a great time ( 6-8 at one time).

The seller stated that this game was having trouble. I thought that perhaps the battery needed to be replaced. Unfortunately, not only does the dice have trouble, sometimes it disappears, but the game doesn't add the score right. And the products maker won't do anything about it either. It wasn't the gift I hoped it would be.

Yes it did. I was very pleased with my purchase. It was exactly what I had been searching for! As it was a very old game, I wasn;t sure if I would be able to find the exact same one I had before, sadly my old game just died on me and I really wanted to replace it with the exact same one I had owned for years, thankfully you had it, so I bought it and as I said, I'am very happy with it. I had this game many years ago and lost it, I was looking for another one and Amazon had it! I will say the price was 10 x's higher then my first game but worth every penny!
