Bought as used but seems like brand new
Bought as used but seems like brand new, I like quality of the frame very bright and sharp image's. Highly recommend this particular frame.

Incomplete order
Unfortunately my husband gave this to me for Valentine's day after buying in the late Fall and I cannot return it or get support as the 'window' has closed. It came without a manual, without the cord and the remote doesn't work. I cannot get it setup. Very disappointed.

Disappointment
I am extremely disappointed in this product. I am used to a frame that plays continuously; this frame goes through a memory chip once and stops. I cannot find way to contact the manufacturer to see if there is a way to make it loop. The picture is fine, but this aspect makes it unpleasant. I have thousands of pictures from our many years of travel and 55 years of marriage, and we enjoy seeing those pictures on the shelf all the time. This one gets to the end and that is the only picture you see. Had I known this, I would not have bought it. I enjoy the size, and it is pretty.

AVI only not MOV nor MP4
Its heavy but quality is good. Speakers are kinda small and it plays only AVI movies (not mov or mp4 types). I'm going to return it,

Was disappointed that I have to reset the frame for photos anytime I take the flashdrive out to put more pictures on it. My old frame went right to the photos when I put drive back in.

cannot get large SD cards to work
It's a lovely looking digital display. Excellent resolution and nice looking wood frame.I've run a 2gb PNY optima SD card and that works fine.However, I bought several large Sandisk Extreme 45MB/s cards (one 128GB and also a 64GB) and neither are read by the Viewline frame.I've been unable to find a website or any customer support for this product.The unit also doesn't appear to have a random option for displaying images.These two deficiencies prevent me from recommending this product. Hopefully, I'm wrong about both issues. If anybody can provide any info or direction, it would be appreciated.
