Does not work
Does not work. Teeth hurt after. Drooled all over myself. Woke up with dry mouth. Did not reduce my snoring. Asked for a return and was denied. Save your money.

IT HAS TO BE THE CORRECT SIZE
Mine is the correct size. It does work. It's the same principle as the jaw thrust in applying CPR to someone, as to open their airway. I did also adjust the angle of my head as I sleep, as sometimes my jaw would slip out of the mouth piece, but that's an easy fix. It does put some pressure on my front teeth, but the pain is a 1, on the scale of 1 to 10. I also have sleep apnea as well as grind my teeth. This helps both. It would be great if it could incorporate athletic molded mouth pieces into this, as it would then be an exact fit and use more of your teeth to help keep your jaw in place as to possibly eliminate any tooth pain, and also assist in my jaw not slipping out of the mouth piece when my head is at a certain angle. All in all, I use it, it works, and it is VERY inexpensive compared to a C-pap machine or a dental mouth piece.

Expensive and uncomfortable
Remember those vampire teeth you'd wear as a kid on Halloween? Yeah, this is similar. I'm not sure what justifies the price either. From what I see there are only two types (I ordered a #2) and the one size fits all simply doesn't work for this. I couldn't stand having them in for more than a few minutes. Maybe this works for some, but not for me.

Warning: Don't Waste Your Money
Don't waste your money on this it's useless device first off know that it is non-returnable if you don't like it, you're out the $40 US. Second the device dug into the soft tissue of my lower jaw so i had to trim it but when I did, didn't want to stay in place. When I practiced using when awake it gave me a headache from jaw displacement and general jaw joint pain which lasted for hours. Don't waste your money on this device it causes more harm than good

Best MAD Device I've used yet!
So...I snore a bit, and because I'm a nice person and want my partner to get his beauty sleep at night, I started researching Mandibular Advancement Devices. Let's get one thing straight right now...they all suck. A MAD device is typically uncomfortable for the first 2 weeks, and ultimately, having to use one is the worst. HOWEVER! They WORK. I have tried the cheap ones, my advice is: love yourself more than that. I have tried the expensive ones. my advice: they work but are spendy. I had a lot of success with the Zyppha mouth piece, except it's expensive as heck and falls apart pretty quickly. You have to take an impression of your teeth, and I found it made my teeth ache badly, even after the 2 week adjustment period. Also, I would pop my teeth out in the night and grind them on the hard plastic rims...yikes. This mouth piece, however, is WORLDS better. It's a much softer plastic, but it holds up, so I can grind my teeth and not worry about damage to my teeth or the mouth piece. Secondly, it took almost no time to adjust. Now...I have used MADs before. The first time you start using a MAD, you will feel like it's the worst possible thing to ever happen to your mouth. I assure you, you'll adjust. The zQuiet took the least amount of effort to set up, it has the best results, and it is by far the most durable MAD I've used. I think people give MADs low ratings because the adjustment period is terrible. You do get past it, I promise.

Still snoring...
I've searched high and low for products that will put an end to the mammoth snorer sleeping next to me. When I say 'put an end to' I mean the snoring, of course! I love my husband dearly, so I endure the snoring. However, there has to be something to stop the snoring! When I found this mouthpiece and read all the reviews I got excited! Unfortunately, it's yet another product that does not follow through with its promises. Please don't kill me for posting the video, Matty! I just want others to see/hear that the snoring is still in progress.

It does workโฆ
First, the good: 1) It does work. My wife slept through the night for the first time in a long time, and we both woke in the early AM feeling super rested. Pretty impressed for the low price point. Similar devices from the dentist cost $1000+. 2) Easy to apply. Itโs as simple as putting in a mouth guard. You place the longer half on your bottom teeth and you can feel it pulling your lower jaw forward like itโs supposed to. 3) Fairly comfortable. Youโll definitely notice wearing it, but it wasnโt cutting into my gums or pushing/pulling teeth in a painful manner. I slept through the night with no issues. The bad: 1) Soreness. The jaw and teeth feel a little sore, but itโs supposed to go away after a few uses. Will update later. 2) Unclear sizes. They offer two different options depending on your bite and the severity of your snoring. Regular/overbite people or mild snorers should use Size 1, while underbite and severe snorers should use Size 2. I chose 2 due to my snoring being pretty severe. 3) Drooling. You will droolโฆquite a bit. But, if I have to choose between this or using a CPAP, drooling is a minor issue. Overall this is a pretty good device that does what itโs supposed to do. Itโs not a cure all, but I noticed a huge difference in the quality of sleep I get. For $40 this is worth trying.

Doesn't fit per the product description
What a rip off. The device does not fit on my teeth despite the product description. It tries to pull your bottom teeth ahead of your front teeth and I cannot even get my bottom teeth into the mold when my top teeth are in place. I wish my dog never chewed up the one I had, which worked.

Works better than I thought.
At first it felt really strange having a mouth guard in my mouth before sleeping. Depending on the person this might be a dealbreaker or if you are like me and want to sleep well, it is worth the sacrifice. Couple of points that will help make the experience more comfortable is to rinse it with warm water for a minute before use. Also, drinking a lot of water before hand helps to keep hydrated. I'm glad I got it, just hope it last a long time. (only 3-4 months recommended).
