I used to drink a LOT of water and then I one day i looked back at my day and said "I think I've only had one glass of water today". This is not good, so I did some research for a water bottle that would remind me to drink. They have ones that light up, or make noise, that cost way too much money for a water bottle, then I happened upon this one...Pros:Very easy to drink from, there are hand groves to help with holding it, the opening isn't too big and isn't too small, there is an air hole above the mouth hole that let's the water flow nicely.The lanyard is a big help. I want to always have my water bottle with me but I don't always have enough hands, the lanyard helps. I just slip it around my wrist and carry everything else.I get enough water. I don't want to fall behind the times that are written on it so it forces me to drink.I like that the times go from 7am to 8pm this is early enough that I can start drinking and finish before I am up all night peeing.Cons:It is so much water I pee all dayAlthough I was mostly inside the last two days, and the water stayed relatively cool, I don't think that the water will stay cool if I were outside. This bottle is not at all insulated.I can't tell if I am supposed to finish drinking by the time indicated on the bottle or start drinking at the time indicated. But this is just a personal complaint this is not a design flaw or anything.Overall I love this bottle. It reminds me to drink, which is what I wanted! I would recommend this to my friends and although he won't listen to me, my husband! For the price, this is a great water bottle.

LOVE this bottle. Definitely makes me drink more water. I have the 32oz as well but I bought the 64 because I like the idea of one fill up. Know exactly how much I have left to drink for the day. Admit I wish there was a straw option for a top. But that’s just a personal preference for me. Regardless this is a 5 star bottle

Have had this 64oz. bottle for less than a month, and the cap on the lid has already fallen off. No rough treatment, it just fell off when I went to open it. Other than that, it's a great water bottle. Just think that the lid should be better than this, for the price I paid !After posting the above review, I was contacted by the company, and they offered to send me a replacement lid for my Water Bottle. That to me is very good customer relations, and I would like to edit my review to a 5 star. Thank you Three Drops of Life for volunteering to correct this !

Update: What a great company! They heard about my dissatisfaction with the broken lid, and they reached out to offer a replacement. Within 1 week I received their package, and to my surprise it contained two new lids! The original style, as well as a flip top w/lock! (Which I love the new style!) This really is the best water bottle I’ve ever had for tracking, and I’m so happy the company stands behind their products, and their customers! ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️Love this bottle; but the top closure has now broken after just a short time. Very disappointing..

I bought 2!! (64 oz) And love them.I took a long time researching what is out there.... I knew what I was looking for and found the here!I am trying to increase my water intake up to a gallon a day and was looking for a large enough time minder water bottle to Keep me on track and get me through the day...A gallon was too big to carry around... hard to hold...and would be warm by the end of the day. I didn’t want to refill at my office (chlorinated water) and didn’t want to rely on myself to refill one when empty. So I bought two! They are perfect.Times are marked on both sides. 7am to 1pm on one side and 2pm to 9pm on the other! I fill at 6am and am usually done with both before 8pm.... ahead of schedule!The opening of the top is the size of a nickel and there is an air intake hole which allows airflow while drinking- so you don’t have to suck on it like some bottles, or pour into your mouth like others. The flow is just right.There are there awesome, slightly indented, texturized grips- so your hand doesn’t slip.... The seal is secure around the neck of the bottle and the top and there are two sets of straps, which come in handy when on the go.

Choose this one! I love this bottle! Drinking water sounds easy but drinking as much water as your body really needs in a day seems unreasonable. Keeping track all day is a task but with this bottle it’s like a challenge because the amount and the times are so clearly written on the sides, so it’s fun to challenge yourself! I’m working on losing a few pounds and studies show increasing your water intake along with diet and exercise will speed up the process. The bottle is very solid and easy to handle! Great product. So I highly recommend this bottle!

My nephrologist told me to drink 100 oz of water daily. My ideas to track the amount of fluids I was taking in were so complicated that I practically flew to Amazon for help. I ordered the Three Drops of Life clear plastic tracking water bottle, 128 oz. This is a BIG bottle, but it is clearly marked from 7 am to 1 pm on one side of the bottle and 2 pm to 8 pm on the other side for the 2nd fill up. Since it ends at 8 pm, I can catch up if I wasn't able to drink for an hour or two during the day. SO SIMPLE!! My hand is large enough to pick up the bottle with one hand. There are indentations to help. I really like the carrying strap which fits easily over my wrist. I found that I needed to put my mouth over the whole opening and line up with the lid to avoid leaking. There is a little hole above the opening where water will spill out if tipped the wrong way. This bottle has been a Godsend to me because of the amount of water I need daily! I love it.

This bottle is UNBELIEVABLE!!! I’ve bought 2 bottles. I have dropped it more then once, never breaks. Never leaks even after falling from the front seat of my car.I’m lucky enough to have filtered water at work and I just fill it up knowing that if I drink the whole bottle I have drank my 8 glasses for the day. This bottle is for sure the Best Buy.I take it everywhere I go. I have one in the car and one at work.

While this bottle is huuuuge, it actually shares the same mouth size as the smaller 32 oz bottle. Like the smaller bottle, this has my preferred type of opening (circular hole) to drink from and seals properly if you press the lid down hard. It also has a tendency for the bottle seal to click on my glasses when I drink, annoyingly.Because it's so big, it's a little unwieldy and hard to hold, but when using the strap, surprisingly light. This would best suit people who want to drink a lot of water! I found the strap quite ugly though. I had already been using a 2 liter bottle daily and love it because I can fill it up once and track my water intake the whole day.This one I love even more because it gives you time guidelines so you get your drinking goals in...which helped a lot in my case because I was actually drinking too much at one time to make sure I'd get it all in which caused the water to just go right through me rather than be absorbed better by drinking slower. So this has helped a lot when it comes to getting me on a drinking schedule. I keep it on my desk as a visual reminder to track it.The quality of the bottle is excellent. It is durable. It has a strap on it, which may be useful for some people, but I find I never use it because the bottle is too big for it to be used and I don't really like the idea of a wet strap touching me.Highly recommend this one just for the tracking alone because it has evened out my intake.

This water bottle helps you track how much water you drinking throughout the day to the ounce. it really is a monster I would say you could actually go with one size smaller and that will be the typical size of a water bottle but with this one you're drinking about twice as much throughout the day as the other bottle. I would say this is a more advanced water intake goal but it is definitely worth it if you're not drinking enough water throughout the day you want to track that.

I have used this bottle for my nights water drinking as my room has very dry air.This bottle is huge but does really full your need for the complete week.Overall the material is good and useful product.
