Every Breath You Take: A Novel
B**
Average
I am a huge JM fan and own many of her books - this one, although better than 'Someone to Watch Over Me' was still too short, rushed and overall I felt there was definitely something missing. All her historical novels are excellent but somehow I don't enjoy the contemporary ones as much (even though Perfect and Paradise are my faves!)All in all, an average read - not up to usual JM standards...

My All Time Favourite!
I found this book hiding at the back of a shelf at my local library, and picked it up because I had nothing left to read. I got home, started it, and didn't put it back down until I was finished!I hadn't come across Judith McNaught before, but this book encouraged me to read several of her other books - and whilst I haven't yet been disappointed, this remains one of my all time favourites! The characters, Mitch and Kate, are interesting and likeable, and whilst the story line is a little predictable in parts, it is a fantastic book that I would definately recommend!

BE CAREFUL
THIS EDITION HAS BEEN UPDATED AND THE LATTER PART OF THE BOOK REWRITTEN - go for the new edition, blue cover (I think), it makes better sense and rates a couple of extra stars for the book as a whole and 5 stars for the latter part. It's a big disappointment that the publishers issued 2 editions so close together. I had preordered this and was thoroughly disappointed with the book, then I saw the "newer" edition and purchased that (publishers ploy for more money! ! !), and the ending was so much better.
