I cannot believe how well this bit cuts. I do have to run it a little slower 520 ipm at 18k rpm but it is well worth the trade of for the quality of the cut. I used to have to set my edgebander to 1.5mm pre-mil to get rid of the chipped edges but now I could skip pre-mil altogether if I wanted. I haven't had it long enough to see how long it will last and I am also unsure if I can send it in for sharpening. So far I have cut roughly 30 sheets of Melamine and the cut quality is still fantastic.Great Router BIt

The media could not be loaded.  I was not quite ready to spend over $100 on a router bit but i was told this is worth the buy and man it sure was! I cut so much cleaner and faster then ever before. My machine runs it at 500IPM but turned down to 400IPM and the edges can cut they are so sharp and crisp. I will buy it again once I burn this one up but even that seems to be long from now!
