Money well spent!
I have fibromyalgia and would lay awake for hours in pain with my back and shoulders and take several pain killers before getting into bed. Since using this heat pad, I have stopped taking painkillers before bed. I also use it to lay on my tummy, hips and legs. I just wish it covered my whole body all at once! Would recommend to anyone with aches and pains who want to reduce the amount of medication they take.

Not just to keep cosy, this really works for pain management too.
I bought this for my wife who suffers from Lyme disease and is in constant pain and constantly cold. She used to boil a kettle for a hot water bottle about 5 times a day. The heat pad is “the beat thing ever” according to her. It not only keeps her warm constantly but reduces her pain levels too. Worth every penny. Other family members have tried it and love it just for the heat, coming in from the cold, put it on for 5 minutes and you’re toasty.

Easy to use.
Bought this for my elderly mother who suffers with back and neck pain. It is so easy for an elderly person to use no messing with batteries or putting it in the microwave just plug it in slide the control to which ever heat setting suits you and that’s it. She finds it comfortable to wear and it as given her a lot of relief from the pain. I would recommend this product.

Good quality, works well
Bought this for my dad as he has a bad back and shoulders and he loves it, heats up quickly and works well, my mum also likes to use it when he isn't for her back too so I'll probably get her one for her birthday

Ok but not as good as the MaxKare version.....
This seems to be narrower than stated on the listing and certainly not as wide as the MaxKare version. I've bought both and the Maxkare is definitely the better one. A sudden and large jump in the price of the MaxKare one put me off buying another (but I should have done!)

Very goood
I find the heat pad very good. The reason I am scoring 4 is that I am a short woman with a smaller neck, even with the fasteners on the tightest fitting it gives a lot of slack around my neck and shoulders, which is where my problems are. It would be nice if it were made in sizes with neck circumference. Other than that it is a brilliant aid and really heats up and gives relief.

Very Comforting and Heats to Good Temperature
I use it while working from home by the window now that it's autumn and the weather is getting colder. It's so comforting and I can keep the room cooler (at 19 degrees Celcius) because my body is kept warm. Not sure if it reduces my heating bill but in principle for energy-efficiency it makes sense to heat the body instead of the whole room (though obviously need to keep a base temperature in the room to avoid condensation/ damp). Too hot room makes me tired and uncomfortable but with this I can even occasionally open the window (when the weather is cold) to get fresh air while working and still keep warm. The neck collar doesn't do much apart from look strange and this heats the back more than the neck - but it's still relaxing and I love it. Would be great if the product could be developed to look better as it looks very strange now so couldn't use on days I work in the office for example! This pad heats hot enough which I'm very happy about since some others only get slightly warm.
