Cheap but effective
Hard to beat for less than $5Using on a Ninja FoodiThis fits snuggly and can go on 1 of 2 ways. Either in line or opposite of the steam release handle. It keeps the steam from going right into the bottom of my cupboards. I think it would be better if it could redirect the steam 90° away from the handle to protect your hands. I think I saw one with this feature, but for more than double the price.With all that considered, it's still good and does what I want it to do. Easy to install/remove for cleaning.4/5 stars. Would probably buy again.

Good Gadget
This gadget is really important in my world. My insta-pot sits on my cabinet where I have overhead cabinets. This directs the steam away from those cabinets and helps prevent damage to them. Good product.

Works as advertised
Have only used it once since receiving and it worked as exactly expected. Bought the 'plain' steam diverter over one of the 'character' style. Had no issues and it was easily cleaned after use. Now if it lasts...

Not useful
The diverter doesn’t work right for me. It slips down and cases the steam to leak out. It was a waste of money.

It’s top heavy, and causes steam to leak out
The media could not be loaded. I love the idea of these diffusers, and have tried a few different shapes with all of the same results. They are top heavy, and that causes the steam vent to rest at an angle, which in turn, allows steam to constantly leak during cooking, which you can see in my video. This prevents the pressure from being maintained correctly in the pot, and defeats the entire purpose of using it. Alas, it is what it is, so I’ve given up on this little accessory.

It does not fit the six or 8 qt instant pot
I was very disappointed about the advertising of this article it was definitely false advertising it does not fit any instant pot the hole is to small to fit over the steam releaseThe good thing is they refunded my money
