I always wear underwear with mine, or if you use a panty liner pad - keeps the thing fresher. If you wear a nylon type of underwear, this thing is a lot easier to pull up, as it doesn't pull against a cotton type of underwear. Also - I poked my thumb thru the material under the cross piece tyng to pull it up, and made a hole, so be careful how you pull it up.

Q: Size 27 5’ 10” 220 pounds, what size should I buy

I just got mine way too big. I ordered and 8/10 thinkin it was a large and it’s considered XL. I just returned and went down another size 4/6 skipped the 5/6 hoping it’s a medium and is more shaping. Hope this helps
