Misty Island Rescue (Thomas & Friends) (Little Golden Book)

My 22 month old loves Thomas. We already had the shorter version of this story and he loved that. This version is much longer and the pictures are great. He loves this one just as much as the others. Great story, great pictures, great book. Made in USA.

My 2 1/2 yr old Thomas loving son loves this book, and honestly, it is my favorite one to read. It abbreviates the movie just perfectly enough for a nice bedtime (or anytime) story, and I am a huge fan of the large board book. We have given it to several friends with an accompanying engine from the story (usually Bash or Dash). Really recommend it, and wish that they make more Big Board Books for the Thomas stories.

If you have a youngster that loves Thomas The Train, you can't go wrong with this story. Also, has the beautiful illustrations you'd expect in a Golden Book.

If you have a kid who is obsessed with the movie, this book is another way to entertain them. It's a little long for a bedtime read for me, but I like short books at night. You'll find yourself reading this over and over to your little one, all day long. It's well written and follows the movie pretty closely.

My 5 year old grandson has loved everything Thomas since he was 2 and called his trains, "hoo hoos". He enjoyed this book very much. He doesn't often have the patience to sit through a longer book, but this one held his attention all the way through. If your child loves Thomas or trains, this is a great way to introduce him to longer, slightly more grown up books.

It's a rehash of the other Misty Island Rescue golden books, so if you have one, you have them all. My little girl wanted it for her birthday, and was thrilled to get it, so while I personally don't find the book thrilling, she does.

We have almost all types of Thomas books and this one is the best.It follows the movie closely and is most complete.My son loves this and adds his own "lines" from the movie as he reads along.It is written really well compared to other books we have..

This is a cute book that accompanies the movie very well. Great for all Thomas lovers and collectors. My 4 yo loves it.

The expanding range of Thomas books never fails to entertain my Grandchildren!! The books are well written, exciting and full of adventure. And if truth be told, I enjoy reading them to them too!!!

My son's best friend. Read to him several time and has become one of his favourite books. He love it.
