This is perfect, hips and butt
I am 125 ibs and 5'3" and usually wear a small. Since everyone said this runs small I got a medium and it fits perfectly! I initially just got a padded butt. This was too unrealistic for my body type. So I thought maybe I just needed padded hips. That made my butt look too small. This is perfect, hips and butt! It adds curve but it's not so obvious where people are going to realize you are suddenly wearing padding under your clothes.

Good product but very expensive.
Very expensive wish it were cheaper I’d buy more. Fits well and adds a little extra to my thighs and butt.

runs small
I think this particular item ran a bit small - definately a low rise fit as well. Now if I were a tiny slip of a thing, that might be okay, but I am a curvier lady and I found that having this be low rise gave me an unnatural bump where the pads were. I think in this case it would have been more helpful to have a higher waist panty that would allow for a more gradually curve to the padding and thus natural looking curves.I wanted so badly to like this, as I have a thicker waist and less full hips, but it just didn't work for me. On top of that, I felt the fabric was a bit cheap looking, and the pads had too much room to move around - even if it had fit how I wanted it to, I would have been worried about shifting padding making me look lopsided all night long. I sent this one back - sigh :(

Does the job, but not without problems.
A little tight, but not too bad. The real problem is how the pads shift and roll up every time the shorts are pulled down and then up (as in a restroom). I'm thinking of sewing them in place; since they're supposed to be removed for washing, that could create more problems. Oh well.

Will not buy again.
Somewhat disappointed, was expecting Silicone padding not foam but it waoks. Also not as thick as I expected. I ware a size 5 panty and this item is an XL

Wow booty
Used this for a long period of time and I can say that it fits perfectly and holds the bun up as it should be. You can also change the pads inside if you want a fuller back.

Bubble butt
Bought this to give myself a larger tush for a Nicki Minaj costume, but the padding in these panties are weak. It gave my rump a nice boost, but not to the level in which I needed it, so I ended up returning.

Pleasantly surprised
Just tried on these padded boy shorts. And after reading some reviews I was really hesitant on ordering these. ESP after opening the package and seeing how thin the pads are. But, they did what I was looking for a little oomph (more for my lack of hips) plan on wearing this with a very tight retro dress :) I'm usually an xsmall for underwear and it fit true to size for me
