Item as described and prompt delivery. We required this as an uplighter and we’re hard pressed for choice so took the chance knowing it was very translucent. This was then converted to a full blown uplighter by spray painting which has worked very well. Very pleased with the purchase and modification.

Looks good, not glass, but you can’t tell when it’s in place. Think glass would be a bit too heavy in this size shade anyway.
