Better than I expected
Good spice, not quite as good as from the local Cajun butcher, but a decent effort.

Don't live there now, but born and raised in Louisiana. This is not as dense or compact as the sausage I am used to and could get andouille sausage in "regular" or "hot" but that choice was not offered with this seller so keep in mind when ordering if you expect to serve to children. This sausage is hot but not overly hot. Does have good flavor and is more like keilbasa sausage than andouille.
