This is not the first time we've been swindled by The Futon Shop. The product we received was nothing like the picture here, and none of my messages to the company were returned. It's true what other customers have said: the wool was filled with dust and leaves that left my mattress dirty beneath and the craftmanship was shoddy to say the least. Strange company -- buyer beware.

Very thin.

I bought this on the futon shop but surprise surprise they wont let me leave a review that is honest. they will only put up 5 star reviews and they don't except returns. DISHONEST company! the wool is dirty! i looked inside after getting severe asthma and allergies-there was dirt, leaves, pollen and I'm sure mold spores. Not to mention it smells like dirty wool-(which means urine and more in the fiber). Would not recommend to anyone which is sad because the wool is actually very cushy and soft. If they used clean the wool, they would have a great product.
