Very fast and great service

This product seemed fine while applying but after leaving it on for 45 minutes for gray coverage per the instructions I had a difficult time washing it out of my hair. It left a thick residue in my hair that was difficult to wash out. Finally got it out after washing it 4 times. It did the same thing to my application brush. I had to use degreaser to get the product out of my brush! Never had this happen with any other salon brand of dye. Won’t be repurchasing. It also didn’t cover any of my grays, despite the long process time.

I liked this product over most all other brands I have tried it this price range. It covered gray the best and held color well.

I love my 8N soy plex hair color but I love it a lot more when that's what's actually in the tube. Sorry I did not take photos. I ordered 4 tubes. 2 were fine. 2 squeezed out of the tube as something else entirely, One was very brown and dark, the other was actually pinkish red. I tossed them both along with the developer that was already in my mixing bowl. SHAME ON YOU seller!!

I’ve used various brands of color on my hair and this was the most drying. I won’t use again.

I've been using this product for many many years and was happy to see it available on Amazon. I will continue to buy it from Amazon as long as they offer the colours I need
