Great product! Damaged in shipping though...
This is a great quality book, and it compliments others that I've got that are very similar. These are nice because they show both sides of the coin. You put the coin in the slot by sliding out the clear plastic strip that's either in front or behind the coin. Once it's put in, push the plastic insert back. Works well, and keeps the coins a bit protected, while allowing you to see both sides of the coin. This is especially nice on coins like the state quarters, where you'd want to show off the year and mint, but also show off the fancy backside.I got this book in an order with several other coin books. The box arrived smashed on one side. Once the package was opened, I noticed that the books were just put in the box with absolutely no packing material to protect the books. The smashed in side of the box also gave way and smashed the top of the spine of this book. I was pretty upset about this, but I managed to bend it back a bit. If it were worth it, I'd get a replacement, but it's simply not worth the shipping charges as they'd be more than the book itself. :-(

Highest quality coin album
Whitman has been the standard for coin albums for decades. This album style is perfect for the national park and state quarters because you need to see both sides (the mintmark is on the obverse, and obviously the beautiful scenery is on the reverse). As with all Whitman albums, the coins fit perfectly. This album is for real collectors, as it has spots for the Denver and Philadelphia minted versions of each coin. Highly recommended.

Fantastic album
Really love this album. Very happy with quality and fit for the coins. Trick for me is to get the coin properly centered before putting in the clear sheets. When you do it is a joy to see your coins in this book..

Legendary Quality, but not what I really wanted
I was looking for a decent quality album, not a folder or a map. This being a commemorative series, I also wanted more information on the inside of the album. A brief description of each site, maybe some color pictures. Something like the albums offered by Zyrus Press. Unfortunately, the Whitman book does not have this. Ultimately however, the Zyrus books just can't compete with the legendary fit & finish of Whitman books. I tried the Zyrus book already and returned it (I also reviewed it and included a photo). The coin slots in the Zyrus books are slightly oversized so the coins rotate easily when you slide the plastic windows in or out - unacceptable. Whereas the die-cut holes in the Whitman book are perfect; the quarters push in with relative ease, but still fit very snugly. Also, with the Zyrus album, only the front plastic window is removable. With this Whitman book, both front and back windows are removable.Pros:- Legendary archival quality. This ended up being more important than its shortcomings.Cons:- Classic (boring) interior, no facts, no trivia, no pictures, no "fluff". (This could also be considered a "pro".)- Dates are only printed on the front side of the page, no printing on the back side. This adds to the austere look and feel of the book.- The Amazon listing does not contain images of the inside of the book. This is not an Amazon issue. I checked other websites selling Whitman albums. As a matter of course, Whitman does not supply sellers with sample photos of the pages for any of their books, only the cover. Customers are expected to buy them sight unseen. This is my main reason for the 4-star rating. Don't think this is important? Search Amazon for "National Park Quarters 2010-2021: With 2 Quarters Board book". Nice color cover, I wonder what's inside? Color pages? Protective plastic windows? Sadly, no images of the pages, no description of the pages, so no way to find out. I'm assuming no sales, because there's also... no reviews.- This album has spaces for all 112 coins in the series. Whitman chose to use 7 pages, each with 16 slots (2 groups of 8). The 10 coins released each year are, therefore, not grouped together. Not sure how important this is or how Whitman could fix it, but worth mentioning as it caught me by surprise.

A quality product for collectors
I purchased this album as a gift for a collector of National Parks quarters. The album is well constructed and looks like it will hold up over time. Each slot is protected by a plastic sleeve that slides in and out to allow you to add more quarters. It's much nicer that those inexpensive cardboard folders that don't protect the coins. And Amazon's price for this album is the best you will find!

High quality album. Exceeded my expectations!
I bought this coin album for my husbands birthday. It is very high quality, much better than any of the others he owns. The quarters fit perfectly and they stay secure. I plan to replace some of his other coin albums with this same type. Very much worth the price.
