Bad print
Most of the letters printed are not legible which Is annoying.

Twisted Language
JL Shastri books are not true. He has twisted things negatively. If you want to understand in true sense then convert the Sanskrit in your own language. Don't trust JL Shastri completely.

It is not exactly translated and also have personal thoughts of author.
The writer converts the sanskrit word ''linga'' into something else, whereas it translates to symbol or representation. This book is not Shiv Purana as it contradicts with other publications' Shiv Purana. Author JL Shastri has edited Shiv Puran in this book and is full of western thoughts.If you truly want to read Shiv Purana, don't use this book, instead use Gita press or any other.This book is NOT Shiv Purana , it is cooked up stories by the author.

Book received was in great condition, wrapped well. I am looking forward to reading this Shiv Purana edition by Prof Shastri.
