defective product--weak link on spinner tail-cannot withstand wind as it should
Got my hot air balloon and it broke within a week. The tail on the balloon broke off and for amazon to allow us to return this item, they want to charge credit card fees or charges. We need a number for someone we can talk to in person about this issue. I should not incur more charges to get a defective product returned for a new balloon or get our money back on one of the two that we purchased.

Missing 1 panel
I bought this for a Christmas gift and just now found out that it only has 5 of the panels when it looks like it should have 6 panels, therefore it doesn't hang or spin correctly. Very disappointed in this as I found out too late to return it or do anything about it. I debated buying it after reading reviews on other sites that had negative things to say, wishing I wouldn't have purchased it.
