Good Quality Flag
I bought this as a decoration so I can't comment on how it holds up to the wind or weather, but it sure seems like the exact same catch flag that fishing boats usually fly on their way back in to the docks.

Really thin material. They look nice and they may be ok for yard decoration or something but not to run up your outrigger for any length of time
