This turned out even better than I'd hoped. My mom and dad's dog passed away recently and I wanted to give them something for Christmas that would help them remember her. I took their favorite picture of her and sent it in to get this crystal made. Although small, the likeness is fabulous and very lifelike. I know my parents will cherish this, and the bonus keychains are also wonderful. Also this seller was very good and fast about answering my questions regarding the proof before this went to production. I am a very happy customer!

Purchased this for an anniversary gift, and could not be happier with the product or with the company! They emailed a picture of the how the photo would look in the crystal to make sure I was satisfied before they actually engraved it, and contacted me when it was ready to ship. Then they contacted me after I received it to make sure I was happy with the end product. The crystal is beautiful - my picture does not do it justice.I would not hesitate to order from this company again!

I ordered on of these and it came pretty quickly but I am disappointed in the final product. While the image is accurate, it is difficult to see unless you have it at a very specific angle with very specific lighting. Maybe I just got a bad one, but for what I paid, I expected something better.
