I have a Toyota Landcruiser 80, and many years ago fitted LED headlight bulbs as they are so much better. Never an issue with the MOT. Anyway I checked the other day to discover that finally the nearside one was dimming so clearly failing. I bought these are replacements but I have just removed the nearside bulb to discover all that had happened is that it had unclipped itself so clipped back and all fine with no fault. So I cannot comment on how bright or reliable these are. However they appear top quality and very well made. Each bulb has a deflector for dipped beam so am sure that there would be no problem with MOT etc. Delivery was first class so based on this I can definitely recommend these bulbs. I will keep these as spares, also it would be wrong to return them as it was my fault.

Really bright headlights compared to the stock halogen lights that come on cars.Simple and easy to operate：1. Hold the LED fan housing and turn the black plastic mounting ring to detach it from the LED light.2. Align correctly and install this ring onto the headlight assembly. Ensure it seats snug by putting pressure all around with your thumb. This is one of the key in order to avoid any black patches in the beam pattern.3. Install the stock white bulb retainer over this by aligning it and turning it clockwise.4. Grab the LED bulb by the fan housing, align it so that it can slide in the mounting ring and turn it until it locks.5. Connect the wiring harness.After the install my headlight adjustment seemed way off. I had to lower them quite a lot.

Whilst these bulbs are, without question, very bright, the construction of them is not good for all vehicles. I have used the bulbs for some time now and couldn't understand why the beam pattern didn't appear right. It turns out that the placement of the LEDs is too far forward, so the light source is incorrectly placed for the focal point of the relector of my projector headlight unit. This means you get scattered light, which isn't at all useful. These do not meet construction approval.However, upon pointing this out to the manufacturers, they agreed to a refund even though I was beyond their 45 day refund policy.

This conversion kit is amazing!I used them to replace the halogen bulbs on my truck a and I am extremely happy with them.They are much brighter than the halogen and the pure white light is much more aesthetic than the yellow glow of the halogen bulbs.The best part is that they are so easy to install; no need to mount a digital ballast or deal with any extra wiring. Just take out the halogen bulbs and insert the LED bulbs and you're good to go.Really awesome, I am satisfied with my truck low beam head light.
